Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Talk about SWEET! This dish may belong on the table with all the other savory food, but it'll definitely satisfy your sweet tooth this Thanksgiving. It's also incredibly easy and quick. Give it a whirl. Enjoy!

Note: This only makes about 4 servings.


  • 2 sweet potatoes, diced

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/3-2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (as needed)


  1. Boil sweet potatoes until soft. About 10-12 minutes. Use a fork to determine when ready.

  2. Once soft, drain and pour into heat-safe mixing bowl. Add the cinnamon, brown sugar, and marshmallows and beat until the marshmallows are melted.

  3. Slowly add the heavy whipping cream until you reach the desired consistency. You may only need 1/3 cup, but it may take more.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
