One of the biggest benefits for nurses working in Private Duty through CareStaf is the flexibility that we can offer.

Work WHERE you want It is entirely up to you. You are not obligated to accept any assignment. We will offer you assignments that match your skills and indicated preferences. Those preferences might be certain geographical locations, shift preference or age preference of the client. You have the option of accepting or rejecting any assignment without repercussion. If what we have offered is not right for you, we will keep searching. We realize that in Private Duty, there are many dynamics. It must be a match for both the nurse and the client. Once you have found the right match, we will not remove you from that assignment unless you request it. Work WHEN you want You are not committed to a contract or expected to accept a certain number of shifts. The choice is always yours! Once you have an established schedule, we will contact you monthly to determine if that schedule still works for you. Need a day off for a special event? No problem, with proper notice we will work on a replacement for you. Our only expectation is that if you commit to a shift that you honor that commitment. So you see, working for an agency can be a great experience. You just need to find the right one. This might be a good time to mention that CareStaf has been in Kansas City and the surrounding area for over 20 years. We have grown because we treat you right. Many of our nurses and caregivers have been with us for quite a few of those years.
