Our Wellness Program Continues
After 6 weeks our office has lost a total of 38 pounds!! Wow, who would have thought that healthy eating, lots and lots and lots of water, and some exercise could do that. Everyone is off to a great start.
Tip of the Week: Take a lemon Cut it up into wedges
Squeeze it into a large glass of water Add splenda or sugar Enjoy
Some of us have been doing this for the two days just before our weigh in. It seems to help that number be a little smaller. GO, GO, GO!
