Our Wellness Program Continues
After 6 weeks our office has lost a total of 38 pounds!! Wow, who would have thought that healthy eating, lots and lots and lots of water, and some exercise could do that. Everyone is off to a great start. Tip of the Week:
Take a lemon
Cut it up into wedges Squeeze it into a large glass of water
Add splenda or sugar
Enjoy Some of us have been doing this for the two days just before our weigh in.
It seems to help that number be a little smaller.

Health Arrives at CareStaf
CareStaf office employees have started a Healthy lifestyle program. All of our employees are either on a weight loss program or an overall health and fitness program. We began our new wellness strategy on February 16th. We had to wait until after Valentine's day. Except for Easter when another candy event rolls around, we shouldn't be too tempted. Our program consist of a few major points that you have to follow:
Drink a minimum of 8 (8oz.) glasses of water per day

This month our CareStaf Star of the Month is Teresa F. Teresa was born in Dayton, Ohio and moved to St. Joseph, Missouri in 1st grade. Her parents always used to scold her because as a child, when she got tired she would fall asleep. No matter where she was. She tells us that the police would have to come and find her all the time. And no, she was not narcoleptic. Teresa has always been a caregiver. Even as a teenager when she cared for her neighbor who had cerebral palsey
