Our Wellness Program Continues

After 6 weeks our office has lost a total of 38 pounds!! Wow, who would have thought that healthy eating, lots and lots and lots of water, and some exercise could do that. Everyone is off to a great start. Tip of the Week: Take a lemon Cut it up into wedges Squeeze it into a large glass of water Add splenda or sugar Enjoy Some of us have been doing this for the two days just before our weigh in. March Star

Mary I. has been named March 2012 Star of the Month. She has been an LPN for 26 years. She told us that she became interested in becoming a nurse when she had her first child. When I didn't know where to turn, I found CareStaf. They sent someone to take care of my husband on short notice. He could not be left alone because he had just had surgery and was a fall risk. The treatment and care we received was excellent. They treated me very well and helped ease my mind. I will definitely call CareStaf again!
